Andy Shibata, RBC - Head of Brand Marketing
As head of Brand Marketing at RBC, Andy Shibata is responsible for growing RBC’s brand and leading its global brand marketing activities. As part of his duties at RBC, Andy leads a team responsible for selecting and leveraging sponsorship and cause marketing initiatives. Major partnerships and properties include: RBC Canadian Open, PGA of America Partnership, Canadian Olympic Team, Toronto International Film Festival, New York Film Festival, RBC Play Hockey and RBC Blue Water Project.
Prior to RBC, Andy joined Molson Canada where he worked in several marketing areas in the company, created integrated marketing programs for some of their leading brands.

Bill Murphy, KPMG: National Partner - Advisory Services: Global Sustainability (Canada)
Bill leads KPMG’s significant expansion of its offering of Global Sustainability Services in Canada. This rapidly growing practice area is focused on the breadth of technological, social and environmental impacts of emerging sustainability issues including the following: Governance, reputation and risk; Environment and climate change (Carbon management & trading, Clean Technology and innovation); Renewable and alternative energies; Sustainable supply chains and information technology; Performance reporting and assurance.
During his career with KPMG, he has established and led integrated teams of professionals that helped large corporations implement leading practices in governance, enterprise and financial risk management, regulatory and control certification and international financial end reporting.

Edwin Lim, Pinchin Environmental Ltd: Sr. Vice-President of Sustainability & Building Science
Edwin is SVP with Pinchin Environmental Limited, a leading Environmental Services firm in Canada.Edwin leads their national consulting practice in the field of sustainability consulting, green building performance and building sciences.
Prior to Pinchin, Ed was VP of Energy & Sustainability with Brookfield Lepage Johnson Controls. Prior to that, he was with Honeywell for 16 years, holding several operational, engineering and business development roles in their intelligent building and energy performance businesses.
Edwin was recognized for volunteer leadership by the Canada Green Building Council for his ongoing work as chair of the adaptation task force for LEED - existing buildings and operations. He is also a volunteer presenter for The Climate Project Canada, a non-profit organization that seeks to raise awareness and motivate active participation from all Canadians to solve the climate crisis.
