Jim Harris - Columnist, Consultant, Author, Speaker.
Jim is one of North America’s foremost management consultants, public speakers, authors and thinkers on change and leadership.
Jim works with leading businesses and Fortune 500 companies. He recently finished a global consulting contract with IBM and a related white paper on how low carbon leadership drives profitability.

Bob Chant - Vice-President, Corporate Social Responsibility - Loblaw Companies
Bob's leadership role includes facilitating Loblaw’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, managing ongoing relationships with non-governmental organizations, special interest groups, and industry/trade associations. In addition, developing and managing a comprehensive government relations program.
Bob previously served as Sr. Director of Public Affairs with Labatt Brewing Company. His government experience includes Chief of Staff to the Opposition Leader in the Ontario legislature and senior advisor in the offices of the Prime Minister of Canada and Premier of Ontario.
